Why should I register?
By registering with Prime Time  Recruitment you have chosen an award winning and recognised Investor in People organisation, managed by qualified recruitment professionals. As such, we aim to provide the highest possible levels of service to all our staff and client organisations.  Essentially, we are an extension of the Human Resource function of the major businesses we represent. As such, we expect all candidates and assigned workers to exercise high levels of professionalism and personal responsibility at all times. In return, we endeavour to provide quality work opportunities, with all rights and protection extended to workers.

How do I register?
You can fill out your details on the website and they will be passed to your local branch who will endeavour to call you regarding registration.  Please note: filling out details on the website does not constitute registration.  Registration must be completed via a face to face interview in your local branch.  Alternatively you can search the website for your local branch contact details and give them a call/drop in and they would be happy to help.

Does registration cost anything?
No, not at all.  Prime Time operate a cost free service and you would not be charged for our recruitment process.  Should you encounter an agency that does charge for their recruitment service, refer them to the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

What do I need to bring to register?
When you are booked in for interview you will be asked to bring in your relevant documentation proving you are eligible to work in the UK and allowing us to payroll you properly.  Depending on your background depends on what you will need to bring but it is usually a combination of the following:  In date Passport and/or Valid Visa,UK Birth Certificate/adoption certificate, EEA ID card and NI documentation.

I am looking for ongoing work, but can not seem to find it?
Wherever possible Prime Time will look to offer its workers ongoing or linked assignments keeping them in work.  Where this may not be possible,  we can also look to our sister companies for other assignments as part of the larger Cordant group.  The more flexible you can be, the more opportunities we can offer you.

Who pays me?
When you commence work, you become a Prime Time employee.  Any assignment you complete is with a Prime Time client but your employment stays with Prime Time.  You are pay rolled weekly in arrears and we will pay you direct into your bank account (if you have one) or send you a cheque.  This would be covered at registration and any questions answered.

Do I have to accept all Assignments offered?
No.  At registration you will be asked what work you are willing to undertake and what work you will not.  Prime Time will then offer you assignments that you will be happy in so it is imperative that you are open and honest at registration stage.  Before you start/accept  any assignment, you will be provided with all the information you need to make an informed decision.  All we ask is that if an assignment is accepted, that it is completed to the best of your ability.  Should you have any queries or questions whilst on an assignment contact your Prime Time representative who will be happy to help.

I  am registered with another agency, can I still register with Prime Time?
Yes.  There is no limit to how many recruitment agencies you can sign up with.  It will improve your chances of being offered work.
