It ensures that the time and labour-intensive , weekly timesheet procedure can be managed at the click of a mouse, saving time, money and adding an increased level of cost management control with the capacity to produce KPI's and Management reports at your fingertips, 24 hours a day.
Each client has their own, secure site containing all of their personnel and spend data. Each will be supplied with their own, personal login details which give various levels of authorisation, from checking-in features to timesheet authorisation. With the ability to link this system directly into existing client data capture systems or through installation of our own attendance system, the recording of hours is fully automated saving both time and money for our business partners and giving a robust security provision as each candidate's picture appears on their timesheet.
