- Robust processes in place to ensure compliance and eligibility of workers.
- At Prime Time, we pride ourselves in ensuring all of our workers are eligible to work in the UK. Every worker has to produce sufficient documentation to prove that they are eligible, and we operate a “no proof – no work” approach to potential workers who are not able to supply the correct documentation.
- Licensed by the Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA) to provide labour into the GLA regulated sectors of Agriculture, Horticulture, Food Packaging & Processing.
- Prime Time have held their GLA licence (PRIM0001) since 14th July 2006
- Independent compliance team auditing to GLA, HMRC, UKBA and customers standards.
- Regularly audited by governing bodies, internal compliance, customers and their supply chain.
- Prime Time is committed to complying with all legislation surrounding its workforce. Our sites are regularly audited by our team of dedicated internal auditors to outside body standards, including those of the Gangmasters Licensing Authority.
- Where necessary, vetting checks can be completed.
- Where background checks are a necessity, we are able to perform vetting, Disclosure Scotland and or Credit Checks on each of our employees on site. These can be completed before the worker attends the site for their first day of work
