- Prime Time have provided internet based systems to their clients for nearly a decade, and these have always been free of charge to the client.
- Instant attendance reporting with the use of Time Attendance systems.
- An integrated facility within our e-commerce system, our time and attendance package allows for Prime Time to directly feed the individual workers’ timesheet from their clocking data, giving a more accurate cost to date throughout the working week. Workers attendance records can also be monitored virtually instantaneously, improving the accuracy of “check-in” data
- Consolidated invoicing and self billing.
- Our internet based timesheet system allows the client to “sign off” all timesheets at the click of a mouse. Because this data is then used to generate the invoice, you already know what the “bill” is going to be before the invoice arrives, allowing for more streamlined accounting. If it is easier for you, you can also use our self-billing option, allowing you to manage your finances on shorter timescales than is possible on a wholly, or partly, paper based system

- Multi-user, multi-site access.
- Because of the way our systems are designed, it is possible for varying levels of access to your information, allowing for a flexible approach to the devolution of responsibility. Supervisors can approve the records of workers in their area, managers can authorise their departments, and General Managers can have an overview of their site in its entirety. If your contract is spread over numerous sites, you can see the activity for all sites with just a few clicks of a mouse.
