"The Rework/Co pack operation for [our business] is a large user of agency labour; we operate across two sites with constantly flexing volumes. Historically we had two separate agencies, one for each site,. this was not an efficient way of handling our agency requirements and in the spring of 2008 we put provision of agency out for tender.
Prime Time provided the solution we were looking for and since they took on the work they have delivered against the promises made in the tender process, the potentially problem strewn transition from the two incumbent agencies was handled by PTR very professionally to provide a seamless transition.
The on site Prime Time Management Team deal with all aspects of agency labour, recruitment, induction, training, management of Health & Safety issues, accident investigation and reporting.
PTR have been able to keep a steady core of enthusiastic and well trained staff that are able to move between sites and indeed operations within the Warehouse, which has vastly reduced the amount of time we spend on induction and training.
Administration is also dealt with by the on site team providing a quick and efficient reconciliation and invoicing process by using their QEA system which allows us to check and authorise payments online.
We set out to improve our agency provision and Prime Time delivered what we wanted and continue to do so."
