How We Work
Firstly, a friendly care co-ordinator will visit you in your own home to discuss your individual
requirements. They will explain how our service can work to suit your needs.
You can then decide if Prime Time Care Services is the right choice for you.
- We will build you an individually tailored care package
- You will have a dedicated care coordinator
- We are available 24 hours a day
- Staff we provide will have the skills, experience and training to meet your specific requirements
- All our staff are reliable, dependable and flexible
- All staff have enhanced CRB disclosures renewed on an annual basis
- All staff have a minimum of 12 months UK based experience
- All staff are provided with regular free training
- All staff are fully interviewed, tested and reference checked
