Prime Time Social Care has over 10 years experience providing social care staff to private, public, charity and voluntary sector clients.
Last year our social care division delivered over 1 million hours worth of care to our clients, we are recognised and respected as one of the largest providers of temporary workers in the UK today.
It is because quality and compliance is important to us we carry out face to face interviews with every single one of our applicants and every candidate goes through a thorough vetting and selection process:
- Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Check that are renewed annually.
- Written and verified references from the worker's previous two employers, these must cover at least two years.
- Full written work history with any gaps in employment covered.
- Confirmation of the workers identity including their eligibility to work in the UK.
- Verification of any qualifications and prior held training certificates.
- Immunisation status.
We understand that we are only as good as the workers that we send to our clients, so quality and compliance is at the heart of everything we do. This is especially important in the social care sector as our workers are usually working with vulnerable adults and children.
Our staff are fully trained in line with the Governments Skills for Care guidelines, we have our own in house social care training division called Footsteps in Care which lets us guarantee the quality of our training.
