Our client, a leading charity providing support for Adults with Learning Disabilities, are looking for a Service Manager to manager their 12 bedded Residential Home in Dartford.

Dependent on your experience, strengths and what you could bring to the role, you will be required to lead and manage either a Residential Service. This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop your management career in Social Care.

Ideally you will have either LMC (previously RMA) or NVQ4, HOWEVER, if you are a motivational, strong and inspiring leader, with at least 2 years experience managing similar services - either at Deputy, Team Leader or Manager level, then your application will be considered.
