Test Technician - Team leader - Basildon - To £22000

Duties:

Able to manage, motivate and small of Test technicians.

Operate automatic and manual test equipment in order to test PCB's and assemblies to given specifications.

Diagnose and locate faults to component level.

Provide and record appropriate information for test process monitors.

Read and interpret all documentation relating to electronic testing of PCB's and assemblies.

Liaise with Production Engineers to ensure problems and opportunities are addressed quickly.

Skills and Experience:

A formal qualification in electrical/electronics engineering

Able to lead a team.

Able to read and understand Circuit diagrams.

Able to fault find to component Level.

Must have an understanding of relevant processes and be able to complete relevant paperwork.

Must have an awareness of Health and Safety issues relating to an electrical test environment.

Must be Computer literate.
