Maternity Cover - £28,000 to £32,000 Basic, £45,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Our client are a market leading specialist within the office space industry. They currently have an exceptional opportuny for an experienced Business Development Manager within the Oxford area.

The Role:

Selling corporate and commercial office space solutions

Dealing with a diverse range of clients, products, and services

The Person

Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial sales and some experience in managing staff.

Must have a positive and outgoing personality, hungry, sharp, keen, proactive and be able to provide a sharp and professional corporate image

Must have a structured sales approach and ideally formal sales training

Must have experience in managing either customer service, admin, or sales staff

Must have experience of closing sales on the first appointment

The Package

Salary up to £32,000

Uncapped commission structure
