THE ROLE

Our client is looking to fill a key role in the team for a field based Client Care Executive that will travel around the designated territory.

The core aim of the role will be to build relationships with existing customers and map out potential growth and development.

The success of the position will be graded by a combination of retention and growth of the accounts.

THE PERSON

You will have a minimum of 2 years business to business field sales expereince

The role will involve dealing with service issues, empathising with customers and putting effective solutions in place to meet clients needs so previous experience in retentions, client care or this type of account management is needed
