Production Inspector - Temp to Perm - Chelmsford

Working for an electronics manufacturing company in Chelmsford the Production Inspector will control and measure production quality. If you have quality inspection or electronic inspection experience then this could be your next job........

Duties:

Perform Inspection duties within the Production area including:

Checking 1st off's against drawings

Perform roving inspection duties

Checking of last off's

Inspection of finished assemblies

Record all inspection data

Liaise with Production Supervisor to ensure quality targets are maintained

Monitor assembly procedures

Perform raw material and New Product Introduction inspections

Develop new test techniques and procedures along with Engineering staff

Skills:

Previous inspection experience is a must

Ability to use mechanical and electrical measuring and test equipment needed

Good communications skills both verbal and written

IT literate

This is initially a temporary assignment with the possibility of becoming permanent long term.
