My client is a leader in the support and care for people with learning disabilities and complex health care needs. They currently have the following exciting opportunity to join their forward thinking Nursing team in Surrey.

As a RGN or RNLD qualified Nurse, you will be knowledgeable in a variety of specialist and complex health care needs related to having a learning disability. You will be providing professional nursing support at a residential service for young adults, undertaking a range of clinical and health care duties, contributing to the high quality care of people we support.

Acting as a named nurse you will support the assessment, development and implementation of nursing care plans, health care action plans and support the administration of medication. Maintaining and developing your knowledge across a range of procedures/practices and promoting the standards according to the NMC codes of practice. With clinical supervision we will support your on going clinical and career development.

Full/Part time hours available; £10.20 - £12.50 per hour plus excellent benefits including paid annual leave stakeholder pension scheme and childcare vouchers.
