HOME MANAGER - BIRMINGHAM - £28k

My client is a private provider in Social Care and is now looking to recruit a Home Manager to work in small bedded residential home for young adults with learning and physical disabilities in the Oldbury area.

You will lead and motivate the staff team to continue to deliver a high level of consistency in care and play an integral role in supporting the service users to maximise their independence and achieve their own personal goals. As the Manager, you will also develop flexible personalised support to meet the needs of individuals in their own homes as part of our new exciting initiative

QUALIFICATIONS

*Registered Nurse - General or Learning Disability (essential)

*Registered Managers Award/Leadership and Management/NVQ 5 (highly desirable)

EXPERIENCE

*Proven supervisory experience in relevant care setting (essential)

REQUIREMENTS

* Strong leadership qualities

* Ability to use initiative and work with a team

SALARY

*£28k plus benefits - 25 days annual leave+bank holidays, life assurance and childcare vouchers
