My client is a private provider in Social Care and is now looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager to work in 50+ bed nursing and dementia home

QUALIFICATIONS

*Registered Nurse (essential)

*Registered Managers Award/Leadership and Management/NVQ 5 (highly desirable)

EXPERIENCE

*3 years+ proven supervisory experience in relevant care setting (essential)

REQUIREMENTS

* Strong leadership qualities

* Strong experience with Dementia

SALARY
