My client is a private provider in Social Care and is now looking to recruit a Reminiscence Coordinator to work within a 50+ bed nursing and dementia home within the Birmingham area

QUALIFICATIONS

*Registered General Nurse (essential)

*NVQ 4/5 (Highly Desirable)

EXPERIENCE

*Previous experience within a nursing home environment (essential)

*4 years experience in a management or supervisory capacity (essential)

REQUIREMENTS

* Strong leadership qualities

* Strong experience or knowledge of Dementia

* Ability to use initiative and work with a team

SALARY

*£45k
