HOME MANAGER - MIDDLESBROUGH - £30k

My client is a private provider in Social Care and is now looking to recruit a Home Manager to work in small bedded residential home for young adults with learning disabilities and mental health in the Middlesbrough area.

As the Manager, you will abe responsible for all aspects of care and support for the residents within the service and will develop strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

*Registered Managers Award/Leadership and Management/NVQ 5 (essential)

EXPERIENCE

*Proven supervisory experience in relevant care setting (essential)

REQUIREMENTS

* Strong leadership qualities

* Ability to use initiative and work with a team

SALARY

*£30k plus benefits - 25 days annual leave+bank holidays, life assurance and childcare vouchers
