Description

Our client, a well established organisation in Gateshead, are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator on a temporary basis for a minimum of 2 weeks, but could be longer, the hours are 16 hours workin Monday and Tuesday and the slary will be pro rata to match these hours.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Sorting and distributing payslips
  • Inputting timesheets
  • Processing sickness absence notifications
  • Inputting voluntary deductions and salary sacrifice
  • Running monthly payroll reports
  • Reconciling payroll disbursements and processing for payment

Candidates must have proven experience within a payroll office and ideally have strong Excel skills. You must be highly organised and be able to work well as part of a team and to your own initiative.
