| Description | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER. £25,000 - £30,000. Colchester A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading distributor of electronic components as a Business Development Manager with brilliant career prospects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and generating sales to an existing and new client base. You will be required to manage key accounts taking ownership for the sales and margin within this customer base. You will be expected to maintain KPI's and adhere to business goals and ambitions. This role requires you to drive campaigns, look for opportunities within the current client base and cross sell products. It is key that you utilise all reports available and stay within deadlines, whilst managing your accounts and organising marketing to selected accounts. This is an office based role with regular visits to the client and for the right candidate who demonstrates the ability to succeed, there is a possibility of progression within the company. Essential Requirements * HNC/HND in Electronics, BTEC, NVQ or equivalent * Previous sales experience gained in a similar role - electronics or technical * Rapport building skills * Results driven * Ability to work under pressure Salary and benefits * 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) * 21 days holiday per annum, increasing to 25 days after 5 years continuous service * £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + bonus
