Our client now has an urgent requirement for a new Business Development Manager to join their expanding team based in the West Midlands.

Having experienced substantial growth this year in their commercial sector they now require excellent New Business focused individuals to join them, covering the West Midlands and Wales areas .

My client is a market leader in people management software solutions.

The Role

The successful new business manager will be responsible for selling people management process software solutions

The new business manager will be working from home and covering the West Midlands and Wales .

As a new business manager you will be working to new business revenue targets and account development.

You will be managing an existing client base , ensuring full exposure of the companies portfolio of products

The candidate

The successful new business manager must have experience of working in a field based business to business sales environment.

We are looking for new business sales individuals who are highly motivated, enthusiastic and have the confidence to present to any level of decision makers

The role is client facing so excellent communication skills are essential

All new business sales managers must be target driven and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding their targets.
