***Home Manager Required***

My Client is a private provider of care to the elderly and is now looking for a Home Manager to work in their home based in suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to take a leading role as a Nursing Home Manager to work in 58 bedded Residential Nursing Home.

The ideal candidate will be an RGN qualified althrough they will consider a good Home Manager without a nursing qualification as long as they have good experience of managing a residential home for the elderly dealing with dementia patients.

You will be working in the development and growth of this business, as there is scope for the right person to achieve both significant personal development and achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfilment.

You will all so be required deal with all aspects of budgets, marketing the home monitor compliance as directed by CQC.

Dealing with poor performance and implementing disciplinary procedures when required.

Salary to £40k

*RGN qualification ideally but not essential
*NVQ4 RMA qualification
*Previous Home Management experience essential.
*Must be experienced working within elderly/dementia care.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*Be a good team player
*Be able to network
*Excellent motivator
*Knowledge of the CQC standards.
