*** Registered Home Manger required ***

My client is a growing provider of personalised support and care for people with learning disabilities; autism; head and spinal injuries; neurological needs and other complex conditions. They are committed to a person-centred approach for all the individuals they support, in all aspects of their lives. 

They are now looking to recruit a strong, motivated leader to manage the stable staff teams at two well established Registered Care Homes in Isleworth. Providing care and support to a total of five individuals with learning disabilities, these neighbouring services are managed by one Registered Manager.

The people we support benefit from a full programme of activities and are encouraged to integrate into the community by accessing local facilities. As the Manager, you will develop flexible personalised support to meet the needs of individuals in their own homes.

This is an ideal first management position. With strong leadership skills, you will hold your Registered Managers Award plus an NVQ4/SVQ4 in Health & Social Care or Leadership & Management or possess an NVQ3/SVQ3 in Health & Social Care and be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.

Salary £26500

37.5 Hours pw
