Team Leader - Sales and Customer Service. Chelmsford. Salary c£22,000 per annum. Permanent.
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to lead, coach and motivate a team of Customer Service Agents within a Contact Centre. This will involve ensuring that all performance targets are achieved and that individuals are developed so that they continually improve and fulfil their potential. The role will need you to communicate effectively with the team and line management, external customers and business contacts whilst working as an effective member of the local management team. Essentials : -
Previous sales or customer service experience in a call centre environment
knowledge of sales/service techniques, people management and leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Experience of monitoring team performances to meet agreed KPI’s
Previous supervisory responsibility - working to SLA's
Staff development through monthly reviews and the setting of SMART objectives.
Ability to co-operate and communicate effectively at all levels with a proven track record in Sales and Customer Service
Strong leadership skills are essential.
Must be analytical, methodical and able to demonstrate attention to detail.
Strong general level of education, with a good standard of numeracy and literacy being important.
Ideally educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Hours : - 11am - 8pm mid-week PLUS every Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm (a day off in the week for working Saturdays).
Salary : - c£22,000 per annum
