SUPPORTING PEOPLE MANAGER - BIRMINGHAM - £28k

My client is a private provider in Social Care and is now looking to recruit a Supporting People Manager to work within the community within the Birmingham area. You will be covering approximatley 1000 hours and supporting 3 coordinators and 2 seniors.

QUALIFICATIONS

*NVQ 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent essential

EXPERIENCE

*2 years previous experience of working with learning disabilities essential

*previous experience in a management or supervisory capacity (essential)

REQUIREMENTS

* Understanding of the supporting people framework

* Strong experience or knowledge of Learning Disabilities

* Ability to use initiative and work with a team

HOURS

*37 flexible with some weekends

SALARY

*£28k plus mileage
