My client is a private provider in Social Care and is now looking to recruit a registered home manager to lead and develop a team working in 35+ bedded residential home.

QUALIFICATIONS

*NVQ 4

*Registered managers award

EXPERIENCE

*previous experience of registered home managing would be essential

REQUIREMENTS

* strong leadership and managment qualities

*excellent organisation, people and administrative skills.

*have to be flexible with work hours

HOURS

*40 hours, days/nights

SALARY

*£25,000
