Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Sales executive to join this established company in the service of freight forwarding.
As the Midlands based Area Sales Executive, you will be offered a generous overall package with uncapped on target earnings and the opportunity to develop business across the Birmingham area
This position would be a great opportunity to utilise your experience and understanding of freight forwarding throughout the region. A well established and global company offering a full range of freight forwarding services and solutions. A fast moving, dynamic and progressive company to work for.
The Role:
As an Area Sales executive you will be responsible for developing new business across the West Midlands and then managing those accounts You will be selling to a variety of industry sectors with no real restrictions The majority of your time will be spent developing new business and then services the clients you have sourced The targets are quality and profit focused rather than activity based Ideally you will operate from the North West office
The Candidate:
To be successful, it is fundamental you will have a proven track record of success with another air and sea freight forwarding company The most important attribute that you will have a strong background in new business sales in this industry It is vital that you have experience of developing your own business. In terms of personality, you will be naturally ambitious, driven and self motivated. You will be naturally a proactive Sales Executive, who can self motivate. Living in or around the Birmingham area
