REGISTERED MANAGER - CONGLETON - £27,913-£36,320

My client is a private provider in Social Care and is now looking to recruit a Registered Manager to manage the residential care team and have repsonsibility for the residential unit for children and young people.

QUALIFICATIONS

*NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care and NVQ Level 4 in Management OR Leadership and Management in Care Services OR Registered Managers Award (essential)

*Social Work degree or equivalent (desirable)

EXPERIENCE

*Significant residential child care experience (essential)

*Knowledge of national care standards, child development, children act 2004, working together to safeguard children 2006 and every child matters outcomes (essential)

*Management and supervisory experience

REQUIREMENTS

*strong leadership and managment qualities

*excellent orginisation, people and administrative skills

*ability to pass registration interview with OFSTED within 3 months (essential)
