***Care Home Manager***

My client is a private provider of care with a number of homes across the East Anglian region. They are currently looking for a Care HomeManager to work at one of their homes based near Peterborough.

The home is a small approx 20 bedded Residential Dementia care home situated within walking distance of the local town centre. In the home they provide personalised care, attention and stimulation to over 65's who due to dementia are no longer able to cope on their own. Each resident is treated as an individual and encouraged as full and active a lifestyle as possible.

To be successful for the role you will need to have experience of working in a similar environment working with the Elderly and you must have worked at management level, a good deputy or acting manager may be considered for the role.

You will need to either have your RMA/NVQ level 4 or equivalent.

You must have worked in a care home in a management level.
