Our client is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to work within the Customer Services team. You will have excellent communications skills, along with the ability to upsell and cross sell wherever possible.

Duties of this role include

• Providing information to customers on different product ranges available

• Recording all customer requests for information

• Providing a high quality service to all customers at all times

The role will also involve an element of sales, so previous sales experience would be beneficial for this role.

TO be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, good time management skills along with the ability to prioritise work load.
