INSURANCE UNDERWRITER - COLCHESTER, Up to £26,000 per annum. Permanent The Role : - To achieve income and annual Target Loss Ratio objectives by supporting the technical management of accounts and by delivering an efficient case underwriting service to brokers. The Duties will include : - Dealing with new business, renewal and mid-term adjustments Assist the Underwriting Manager in formulating strategy to achieve results Conduct regular case reviews to ensure that technical procedures and standards are followed Support the personal development and training of underwriting staff Undertake referral cases Act for the insured and the insurer when required Contribute towards NWP objectives The Person : - We seek a highly experienced Underwriter who can be responsible for procedures and policies and ensure they follow the systems and controls in operation.
