My client is a private provider in Social Care and is now looking to recruit a Home Manager to manage a 20+ bed Residential EMI home in the Wrexham area

QUALIFICATIONS

*NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care / NVQ Level 4 in Management OR Leadership and Management in Care Services OR Registered Managers Award (essential)

EXPERIENCE

*Significant residential management experience (essential)

*EMI Residents exposure

REQUIREMENTS

*strong leadership and management qualities

*excellent organisation, people and administrative skills

*37.5

SALARY

*£25000
