| Description | This is a fantastic opportunity to work for this highly reputable company in Harrogate. Working within the Contact Centre you will have the drive and dedication to build a successful, sales driven team. You will be required to mentor, coach and develop your staff to provide customers with the best sales and customer service experience. Key responsibilities will include:- Driving the sales performance of the team to maximise profitability Develop, implement and review departmental practices to achieve optimum sales revenue Lead and develop the team to ensure the hit and exceed their monthly targets Managing resources to ensure staffing levels are in place to cover all of the shifts, identifying key selling times Day to day performance management Act as escalation point for customer issues, business risks or concerns. Develop departmental processes and procedures To be successful within this role you must have 2 years previous experience in leading a fast paced sales driven and customer focused team.
