Prime Time Social Care aims to recruit suitable qualified and experienced
care staff to provide general and specific care services as required.
To ensure all workers are fully screened, referenced, interviewed, assessed
and police checked. Prime Time Recruitment procedure includes the initial screening of applicants
to ascertain experience and suitability, and an application form detailing
full work experience and references covering the last two year's work
history. An interview will be conducted by suitably trained and qualified
branch staff including full skills check and any immediate training requirements.
Once references have been returned and police checks are received the
branch staff will place candidates in a suitable working situation to
ensure that the client will benefit from existing skills and experience
of worker. Search and Selection
Prime Time Social Care recognises that there are occasions when a company
needs to source a specialist candidate. Its dedicated search and selection
team offers clients that hands on advice on the most appropriate methodology
for reaching the targeted audience. We have a large, national database available to all our consultants.
The candidate flow is supported by marketplace dedicated Prime Time websites
which offer a wide range of services to the visitor. Recruitment Advertising
Prime Time Social Care works with one of the large national design agencies
to write and design advertisements that will attract the right candidates
for your vacancies. We can help you choose the right media and will vet

Prime Time Social Care puts all of its candidates through a rigorous assessment
process to ensure that you get the best people to fill your positions
whether permanent or temporary We test candidates with a wide range of software packages and allow them
to use our facilities to update their skill base whenever they have the
free time. We want you to be satisfied with the service that we offer the first
time, every time. However, we recognise that there will be occasions when the candidate
provided does not work out and we offer the following solutions:
·A Permanent Placement rebate scheme over the
first 8 weeks.
·A Temporary Replacement Scheme - if within the
first 8 hours you are not satisfied then that person will not be charged

Prime Time Social Care monitors the quality of its service on a regular
basis using a variety of methods. These include: ·Service visits to units to answer our service quality questionnaire
·Feedback with unit manager/team leader after first shift completed
by each worker
